Kin Wah Chop Suey

I was in Hawaii for 30 days and I must have ate here nearly twice a week. I really wish I discovered this place earlier. I am from the Bay area, so I live near Oakland and SF Chinatown. The food here at Kin Wah is far superior than anything I can get back at home. I know it sounds crazy, but Chinese food hasn't been the same for the last 10 years plus here in the Bay area. The Chow Fun at Kin Wah reminds me of my childhood. Hands down the best Chinese food I've had in a while. Top picks: Beef Chow Fun with black bean sauce Dry style, Won ton with Chili Green Onion and Ginger sauce and Peking duck with buns. Prices are very reasonable especially when you compare to Bay area prices. The Owners and workers are all very nice. I wanted to give a shout out to Lisa and Jay, thank you for creating a great dining experience for me. I will be back next year.

They're finally open for dine in again! Service was fast and friendly. Food was absolutely delicious. My favorite Chinese restaurant this side of the island.

Our family has been coming here since they opened there doors. Now whenever I fly in to visit we stop by if possible every dish is just delicious.Food: 5/5

When in town this is my MUST go to. Have been going there for decades. Jimmy is great and has helped our family recently for a family dinner. The staff is friendly and they work very hard to take care of their customers. The food is great and consistent. Go give them a try and see why they have been around for 30 plus years.

The parking lot is a little crazy the layout but lots of stalls usually a pretty full lot but not difficult to find parking. Food is excellent Spicy pork eggplant, mapo tofu, Chinese chicken salad, minute chicken on cake noodle these are the items I've tried and enjoyed! Service is excellent water refill is fast, order is fast, food is fast. Very casual environment and also great for parties.

Our family came here after my father's burial almost 4yrs ago food was great my Mom and I ordered fried oysters was delicious and our other entrees was great but our family came here again after my Mother's burial and food was okay roasted duck was cold not even room temperature had to send back to get it warm and I was gonna eat fried oysters to Honor my Mom but wasn't on the menu anymore. Walnut shrimp had more walnuts then shrimp. The best thing was the steamed fish , lemon chicken, and minute chicken with cake noodle. Spent a little over $750 for 3 banquet tables parking lot gets really busy so hit n miss if you find parking small parking lot

My comfort food that reminds me of my Popo's cooking. Very southern China cooking. They have CAKE NOODLE ... you can't find this just anywhere! And their cake noodle is delicious! I am finding it harder to find good old style Chinese food on the islands as that generation is closing shop as they are older.

Absolutely delicious Peking duck, crispy Gau Gee, Mongolian beef & Beef chow fun & none of 4 orders were disappointing! Also price point is the best from any other Chinese restaurants on the island. Don't know if they use MSG but no headache after dinner. Don't forget take home some dirty gummy bears mixture of lemon peel & lihing combo.
