The store was ok and well stocked. But I purchased a rotisserie chicken from their deli area. It tasted off. Found out upon opening the cavity it had been roasted with the gizzards inside. Has anyone else experienced this? I threw it out.
Had a dispute, I understand people are not perfect. I called and was able to have a good talk with a manager named Christina. We were able to figure it out. Thanks Christina for your professionalism, understanding and manners.
Lost as to how this place has 4 stars... understaffed and as someone else said, poorly managed. The lay out is an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. Not to mention the extremely rude, lackadaisical employees who act like you just murdered their whole family if you ask a question. Waste your hard earned money somewhere else.
Friendly service Nice employees Then the cashier says to me 'did you know that toilet papers on sale today?" That's what I'm talking about no more questions of paper or plastic.

No one was there to check out. I hate that. I make a point to never use automated teller machines because I believe it takes jobs away from workers. Please hire more people. It took a really long time to check out. Someone had to come over every ten minutes to scan. There wasn’t very much space for groceries. Hire more people.
This place is so poorly managed. No checking lines, the deli department is understaffed as a matter of fact the whole place is understaffed. The pharmacy is good...other then that pick another king soopers.
I saw 5 separate shoppers today not wearing masks. One was coughing in the self-checkout area without covering her cough, and staff helping her said nothing of it. I will NOT be shopping here during the pandemic.
I agree this place struggles with management which sucks because we love our neighborhood. THere is no regulated social distancing during covid.
