Tony & Joel repaired my built-in microwave oven, which wasn't an easy task. They had to remove the entire unit to access the back area where the bad sensor was located and replaced. Highly recommended! Kings Appliance Repair was professional and timely. Their office/contact personnel was extraordinary, really...such an unusual pleasantry. I'll be using and recommending Kings Appliance Repair from here on out. I appreciate small businesses honesty, fair pricing, and community involvement. Thanks Tony and Joel! :-
They called me and made an appointment for today and they would be here between 7am - 1130 am now its 530 pm and they haven't answered any phone calls or messages all day. This has been nothing but a wasted day I haven't been able to leave in case they showed up. A phone call would have been nice. Not a very professional way to run a business now after reading their reviews maybe we got lucky
Stay far away from these crooks. They fixed a lack of hot water issue on my washing machine which caused the machine to leak. HOWEVER, they then said that the leak was not caused by them and it's a brand new issue! 1st time I used it after they touched it, the machine was leaking. Kings Appliance they tried saying that it was a NEW issue. They put words in my mouth and were extremely rude and manipulative. One repair person wouldn't even talk to me. I've had bad service before but NEVER have I encountered a company with complete lack of integrity and lack of care for the customer. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!
King's has to be one of the worst companies I have EVER encountered. I bought a home warranty earlier this year and they engaged King's Appliance to repair my built-in KitchenAid refrigerator. After 8 weeks, I still don't have a working refrigerator but the saga has been absolutely unbelievable. We contacted King's before Memorial Day weekend. They came and suspected it was the fan in my fridge so they had to order a part. This took two weeks and another week to get an appointment for them to swap the fan. As soon as the same repair technician arrived to install he said, "Oh, this isn't going to fix it, I don't think it's the fan." -- Uh, ok? Meanwhile, my husband is researching our fridge model and known issues and it seems like the control board is more likely the problem so suggests to repair tech a place in Texas that is able to refurbish boards since they are out of production but, no, he couldn't take out the board and send it off immediately-- we had to wait to confirm that the fan is NOT the problem, then schedule another appointment for them to come back to remove the control board. Mind you, this is after it took two weeks for them to file the paperwork request to our warranty company because they filled it out incorrectly the first time and never bothered to inquire. It has taken WEEKS for them to mail off the board the refurb company repaired it in a timely matter-- of course we had to call them to check on it because King's gave us ZERO information. Once the refurb company said they repaired it and sent it back to King's, I called King's once they should have received it. I'm told they "don't hold onto parts and would have called us right away if they received it." So, I again call the refurb company and get the UPS tracking number. Sure enough, delivered Friday today is the following Tuesday. I call King's back and tell them it was delivered to someone named Garofalo but apparently now it's missing and they are booked for the next 9 days. Okay, so can you make me an appointment to install it so at least I have an appointment while you take 9 days to track down the board? No, of course not. They have to find it before they will schedule the appointment. I'm sorry if you're still reading this but I can't even believe what I'm going through. It's been more than 8 weeks without a refrigerator and it was 110 degrees yesterday in Las Vegas. This company is the absolute WORST. I'm currently on hold with the warranty company to tell them how awful this experience has been. How can you run a company like this?! And clearly it's a trend. Stay far, far away from King's!
Dishwasher Leaking The Repair Guy said that the problem is electrical. The Electrician the following day says that it belongs to the Plumber. The Plumber says that it is the Dishwasher Unit itself. Kings Appliance Repair Rep never pulled the unit out to inspect as both the Plumber and Electrician agree that the problem does exist in the unit itself. After trying to contact Kings appliance repair, the phone number that was given was the wrong number by the rep yet there was absolutely nothing wrong with the money he took for his unrendered services. How is it possible that this company exists with as much unprofessionalism as they put out. This company was dispatched by my Home Owner Insurance who clearly does not know or understand the work ethics of this so-called appliance repair service. It's companies like this who I believe prey on the elderly who simply do not have a choice or know any better when it comes to repairs within their homes. R. Rodriguez Paradise, LV 89120
The only reason I gave 1 star is because I could not give 0 stars! Extremely unprofessional. During the 3rd visit too many attempts for a simple repair to repair my refrigerator freezer, 2 repairmen were talking amongst themselves and used the "f" word twice! Normally that wouldn't bother me, however my 5 year old grandson was within ear shot. This company was contracted through my warranty co, AHS. I will be contacting them as well.
Do not recommend. Charged/demanded $125 diagnostic fee to look at an appliance for 5 minutes, didn't even bring any tools to do any work. Use someone else.
POOR Customer Service. Waited over 30 days for NOTHING. Timeline: 7/21, scheduled tech was reported to be very odd 7/23, the part was to be ordered. 7-10 days. Never ordered! 8/11, part was still not ordered. Well over 3 weeks. 8/14, no response. 8/20, it’s now been exactly 30 days since the appointment. 8/21, no response, not answering emails or calls.
I am a business owner and i always treat my clients with respect. This company does no such thing. They are so unprofessional and unethical my mind is blown. They have no idea how to even fix anything correctly and always have to have repeat visits. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. PERIOD.
My friend had a bad experience with them. He felt lied to, misinformed, and cheated
