I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: best parking experience to be had anywhere in the city. When my business takes me anywhere in the area I will go out of my way to park here. The clean, secure facilities and the friendly, courteous, efficient staff make walking the extra few blocks well worth it.

Employee Jimmy very rude and unprofessional. Cussed me out because the card machine not functioning and I paid at the machine and he didn’t see it on his end . Even after showing him my bank account for debit of $24. He continued to curse at me and behaving erratically. Would never park there again.

People here are very rough, rude and nasty. Absolutely 0 customer service, they act like they don't need you. They dont care about you and treat you like your nothing.

Rude customer service! Called to find out rates for SUNY affiliated people. The guy rushed through the brief conversation and hung up on me.

The supervisor is trying to make extra money out of people by putting boot in the car and take cash to take them out and when i asked for a receipt they refuse to give me. Behavior is too poor class.juat wonder how they got this job.

There was plenty of parking available that day price was fair I don't drive it was my daughter's car but I paid
