I just put $3000 into my car with Kings Cross, replacing and repairing everything they recommended. I already brought it back to them with brake issues within 2 days and now my car is completely not starting unless I jump start it. Not even a week after I got it back from them. This is the 2nd time in a row my car has come back from them in worse condition than I left it. I am a single mother, I just put 2500 into my car with them 2 months ago and 3k last week... now my will not start.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Excellent customer service. Was able to develop a short-long term plan for maintenance on my 09 LR3 with over 200,000m. I believe I got a realistic idea and a fair shake. Obviously any repair is at the customers discretion. And a vehicle with this distance on it HAS to be kept after. On the morning of October 21, I was on my way to my appointment at Kohler Pavilion on the I-5 when all of a sudden I get a "Restricted Performance" indication on the instrument panel on my 2004 Jaguar VDP. My Jag ran fine until I got off the I-405 exit 1C and stopped at the traffic light. I then noticed the engine running a little rough and hopping I would make it up Marquam Hill. No problems. On the way back to Vancouver, while on the I-5, I get the "Restricted Performance" indication again. I decided to go to Kings Cross Automotive to see if they would be able to take my Jag in. This was at 8:00 AM. I spoke with Michael Raia, the owner, and he was very accommodating and understanding in taking in my 2004 Jaguar VDP without me having an appointment. He was very knowledgeable in the issue I was having regarding the “Restricted Performance” indication on my instrument panel. I also asked him if they could do an oil and filter change while they have my Jag there and they did. Mike called me back in about 2 hours and provided me an estimate for the repairs. He called me at around 3:00 PM and told me my Jag was ready and the cost was $50 less than what he quoted me. Where are you going to find such great, caring service as that! The mechanics were very thorough and contentious and did an excellent job in resolving my issue as well as repairing other issues with the fuel injector. My Jag now runs smoother and purrs as she did when brand new! I highly recommend Kings Cross Automotive repair shop for Jaguar repairs.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I've used this service last year Mike the owner was a great person I got it great service with free transport back to work. But this tome I dealt with one of his coworkers dropped off my car expecting I was getting ride back to my work since they will keep my car for day and half but unfortunately no one was willing to give me. Ride back to my work . Second thing I did mention to check faulty light was keep coming the mechanic was not bothered to pay attention my concern and I'm paying over 2k service not cheap home mechanics . I know Mike is great person but if these guys keeps operating like this I don't think I will be coming back.Services: Steering & suspension repair
