NEVER EVER SHOP HERE. My grandpa called me and he told me that I can not talk on the phone in his store. "This is private business, you need to follow the rules" and then he started to call us names and told us to go outside the rain was really hard btw and continue my call there

Terrible service with little to no willingness to help. Best look elsewhere... like across the street at York's Hardware. York's didn't have what I needed, but at least took the time to assist.

They are very rude and they are way overpriced. I try not to go there.

The owners and staff have been nothing but nice and helpful evertime im in the place. Also every customer i see while im in there also leaves happy. I have been going to this hardware store sense i moved to kingshighway.

One of the worst places you wanna be. The store owner thinks he is still living in Soviet Union. No cash refund, no cellphone, no pets. No one can beat his rudeness! Just cross the street to Asian hardware store if you want best price and service.
