Capitol Kirby is a great place to take a new or older cleaner. The owner is very nice and the rate is reasonable for a tune up. If you want to use your vacuum as a carpet cleaner he will demonstrate how you put the machine together and how to use it.
Excellent experience. Wonderful customer service and all around fun time.
Took our Classic III for repairs and opted for full tune up and polish. Now it does not work at all. Company's phone number does not work. UPDATE We took it back and they corrected the problem. Seems to be working well.
They're still open til 5pm. I'm so happy to be getting replacement filter bags IN TOWN, today!! Side note: They've been here since 1963?! Amazing
