Never take lease from here. Specially students. They like to play with the lease holder. They never return the deposit money to anyone by showing imaginary causes and will accuse you depending false claim and ask additional money. Apartment quality is also OLD and Full of Roche. Stay away from this Kismet Management.

The Edgewood Townhomes are a charming townhome community nestled away in the Glenview Historic District.The grounds of the property are well manicured and impeccably clean.What I enjoy most about Kismet is their fast and friendly response especially when it comes to a tenant needing any type of repairs.I would highly recommend anyone looking for a new place to call home, just give them a call! The staff are warm and friendly and very attentive to the needs of their tenants.The Edgewood Townhomes are a great place to live.Thank you Kismet.

I’m a tenant and I can never get in touch with you guys. PLEASE DO NOT COME STAY HERE AT PARKSIDE POPLAR APARTMENTS. My car was just broken into and they don’t care. We’ve also been without heat for about a week. If you value your safety and peace of mind don’t deal with Kismet property management.

I submitted an application for a property managed by this company and NEVER received a follow up e-mail. I have called and left numerous voicemails and received no answer. No one reached out and I feel like I was just robbed of my application fee. That is extremely unprofessional !

Such a poor management, and dangerous for international who wants to take a lease. They do not give back the deposite money with do false money claim for their own maintanance.

This property management service is the absolute horrible. They are unresponsive, rude, and incredibly unhelpful. I would recommend living anywhere else in Memphis.

I highly recommend renting from Kismet! They do an awesome job! Amy was super kind and understanding when I lost my job due to COVID. She was also spectacular by going above and beyond during my move out process. Kismet fulfills maintenance requests promptly and well. I would definitely still be renting through them if I hadn't moved out of Memphis.

I completed an application paid $50 just to be told it would be $1000 deposit for my roommate and I to move into an apartment that wouldn’t be ready for two weeks because we haven’t been employed a full year with an employer. SCAM

Kismet Property is a great company to rent from. They have beautiful selection of homes and will do everything in their power to make sure you get one. Maintenance requests are handled diligently. The staff is very courteous and willing to help out in any way they can. Ms. Glenn however is my favorite because she is absolutely amazing. She has really helped my family and I transition into our new home. She sends maintenance repair workers out as soon as she can, and she conducts follow up calls to check on the quality of the maintenance work rendered. She makes renting from Kismet very easy, convenient, and comfortable.
