Kitchen Kapers

The staff there was so helpful. They took the time to explain the difference between two items that I wasn't sure which I wanted. The store is clean and has just about any kitchen item you could want. I highly recommend it.

Found a cherry pot remover here. My friend was able to find a microwavable corn dish.We both have tried several stores for these items but to no avail. Umtil, Kitchen Kapers. Located in Concord Mall. Unusual items and many different items one would find useful cooking or baking. Happy to have taken the trip!

Store employees didn't even acknowledge us and we were in there for at least 5 minutes. The manager was on the store phone, planning her weekend while we waited for service. We were an inconvenience, so she took her cordless phone to the front to finish her plans. How dare we interrupt employees while on company's time?! I work too hard to spend my money where I'm not acknowledged. I contacted the corporate office to let them know about my experience. I do plan to return to Kitchen Kapers, but definitely not in Concord Mall.

One of my favorite stores to browse around in. Take a stop by the cookbook section. There is something for everyone there.

Always manage to find a new, cool kitchen gadget i can't live without when going to this store!

Helpful staff, high quality cookware, wide selection of hard to find utensils, great place to go for unique gifts.

The Coffee beans smell good from the hall. I couldn't resist to come inside the store.

Always have the best coffee beans. Great service, too.

No pressure on customers. Enjoyed browsing all the aisles.
