When we first when to view one of their rental properties they accidentally missed the meeting time but went out of their way to make up for it including offering us a gift card as an apology. During the rental application process they were a joy to work with, speedy to respond to our questions, and generally easy going / flexible. Kathryn helped us once again with the very quick sale of our property. This is the second time she lists a property for us and we get an offer within three days of listing it. The Rental process with KJK was easy and thorough. Everyone we worked with was friendly and helpful. WE ARE SO ECSTATIC ABOUT OUR NEW PLACE. Renting through a property management company can sometimes make you feel like a number instead of a person, this was not our experience working with KJK.
