Great company! Seamless move in, very friendly and helpful service. Was running a about 30min late and they were very patient. Needed help with small things such as a light bulb and touch up paint which was no issue to get resolved.
I literally contacted this company on 7 different occasions, email, text, and through the apartment hunting app I used. After THREE weeks, I was finally contacted by someone and was able to schedule a tour of an apt that I REALLY wanted to see. I started to drive there for my 6:30 appt during DC rush hour no less and they canceled my tour less than an hour before it was scheduled. How unprofessional, Mr. McAdoo. I'll avoid your "services" from now on.
Be careful don't do business with this company they aren't honest people and you will be shattered if they take advantage of you as they do to everyone they deal with. STAY AWAY!
