Kristin at KL Upholstery was great! I had no trouble communicating with her via email; she was friendly and quick to reply. Not only was she able to repair a patio cushion in 24 hours, but the final cost also came in below her initial estimate. I will definitely use her services in the future for any upholstery-related needs.

I was so happy to finally find a upholsterer that was responsive to my needs. It seems that the structure of my living room furniture is great but not the foam cushions. I was offered a few choices for the high-density / high quality foam. I even had them redo my dogs high back chair. The quality in craftsmanship was exceptional. I will never again try to insert foam into those slipcover casings. I was given two choices in quality and density of the foam, hence giving me two price points. Super grateful for they're easy location, the quick return, the price and quality foam that you sit needs to take a beating and their over-all professionalism.

Top notch service, highly skilled, friendly, accommodating and reasonably priced for the quality of work they do. We use them as our primary upholsterer and refer our customers to them without hesitation.
