The worst!!! A new owner just took over this business. In his or her "divine wisdom"...... or should I say "divine stupidity".....they now have the counter employees behaving as data entry clerks. A particularly dumb, non user friendly, move!! So if you have a few shirts and slacks to drop off for laundry and dry cleaning, the clerk must first enter the exact name of the garment and cleaning directions as listed on the garment label, one by one, before completing the transaction. What used to take a few minutes can now take a 1/2 hour. Furthermore, If you want a garment dry cleaned that has a tag indicating it can be washed, you must sign a disclaimer in order for them to follow your instructions. This owner is obviously under the absolute influence of an attorney and has no regard whatsoever for customer service. Do yourself a favor and find another place to take care of your laundry and dry cleaning needs.

Only one of a few dry cleaners in the upper valley but it does the job. Nothing special about it, just reasonable dry cleaning.
