I've been a customer going on 8yrs. They are fast and very affordable especially on the returns. Ive always got mine faster then expected. I highly recommend.

I have been a client of Klein Tax Service John for several years. I love this place for multiple reasons. John always gets me in when I call and need to schedule even if I'm in a bind and need something to be scheduled within a day or two. He always takes my calls/emails and provides me with answers FAST! His service has made our payroll, quarterly filings, and taxes simpler and with an AFFORDABLE price tag. The thing I really like and appreciate from this business is that I'm provided with assistance and answers all year long and don't get hit with a bill just for sending an email. They work with you, no matter what you bring in. I strongly recommend John and his team for personal and business needs. I have referred him to my employees, parents, friends, and even some of my clients. Would give this business 10 stars if possible!

Excellent service with our multi state return to save us efficiently and very reasonable in pricing. Also helps to answer questions regarding retirement, looking ahead to the following year with the change in deductions and tax laws to help you keep more of your money. I find it priced in the ballpark for the services we have completed. I am sure they are happy to give a rough estimate depending on what you need completed and if you come prepared with documentation and records.

John has done our taxes for 8 years and does an exceptional job. We always bring in what's necessary and John "carries the load" from there. Very professional and informative environment. Any anomalies in our taxes from year to year are pointed out and clearly explained.

Seems professional, but really quite expensive for what they do.

Found out the following tax year when we had our Klein taxes reviewed by HR Block we were owed/return of $2,000 due to Klein's errors- now that is a lot of money. In fact, Klein had us pay extra taxes the year they prepared them due to their errors. They also used the incorrect SSI number of our son on the return. Family friend who also had gone to Klein for years went to HR Block to have their Klein returns reviewed and found out they were incorrect for 5 years. Actually ended up receiving a return of $1600 for each year Klein screwed up their returns. Not advocating HR Block but if you want to lose money go to Klein.
