We had KLG at our rental property to check our heat pump. The tech called us to inform that our compressor was broken and gave us 2 options ; a replacing compressor or b replacing the unit. The price was right so we decided to replace the 15 years old heat pump. The next day job was completed. Very pleased with the price and services. My AC went out in the middle of a heat wave last summer, Bobby was able to patch it together to make it through the heat and then helped me find a solution to my somewhat complicated set up, He was very helpful, always on time and found a much more economical solution than the other people I talked to..
