Kmart

This K mart is one of the reasons I like shopping on Amazon. I've used this K-Mart for decades until now. The customer service and help you get is very limited and not up to my standards. When you do get help, it's usually not very good and the service is really slow. This is definitely a fend for your self type of place. I've never really known K-Marts to have excellent customer service. I don't really think to shop here for anything anymore.

I made an order online and I called the store to check if it was ready since it has been a while..It took a long time for someone to answer and when she did, I didn’t even finish explaning what I needed she just put me on hold and never came back..I eventually hang up..Very unprofessional. Poor customer service.

Been about a year or so since I last been to a Kmart and I love how nostalgic it is. Plus a lot of the prices were pretty good compared even to Wal-Mart which is surprising, so overall good visit

I have shopped at this store for 15 years. I have watched it deteriorate. The last four times I've been there, I had to use the Ladies Restroom and it was filthy, with soiled paper towels on the floor, trash can overflowing, faucet running and NO toilet tissue! This was the case again this Tuesday. There was another woman in the stall and she was just as disgusted. AGAIN, no toilet tissue! Each time, I did report to the Customer Service desk. NOTHING has improved. I'm so sorry because this is a very convenient location for me but I AM NOT RETURNING TO SHOP AT THIS K-MART AGAIN!!!

I feel like the quality of employees is increasing at this K-mart. The store was easier to navigate and not as messy as in my prior visits. Camille is a nice addition to the store too. She was very personable and attentive. I hope they do what they can to keep her.
