Knead Massage offers a personalized service in a comfortable, spa-like environment.

Jody’s style of massage is a Swedish, sports, deep tissue mix. She has experience working with all types of clients, those who have specific injuries, those that have aches do to fitness training, and those who are in desperate need of relaxation. She is skilled at locating and working out muscle tension, and makes sure that her technique is received as comfortably as possible. In addition to her hands-on technique, she also includes hot stones, hot towels, heat packs as needed, and aromatherapy.
