Knight Air Conditioning

I had requested service for a noisy handler, unfortunately my ac completely stopped working the night before my appointment. I called the answering service around midnight and they attempted to move things around so I could be seen sooner. It was a last minute change so I wasn't upset when I had to keep my original time. Matt took a look at my handler and immediately gave a diagnosis, a different and correct one, unlike another company which was out recently. Matt was polite, broke everything down for me, ordered a new part, and arrived back promptly the same day to complete the repairs, all in awful heat. I will absolutely utilize their services again as well as refer them to friends and family.

Matt was awesome- prompt, professional and courteous! Very easy going and made the difficult job of replacing the outside evaporator coil look like a breeze. Keep him Chuck, he is a great tech!!!
