Best Workout Ever! So Motivating! Be prepared to sweat, the classes are no joke. Really great workout, includes boxing and boot camp style exercises. The LED lights and neon signs are so cool! This location is brand new, clean and spacious. Open to beginners and people new to boxing. Highly recommend!
Knockout is a fantastic gym with great trainers and an awesome atmosphere. They offer a variety of classes and every class is different which keeps it fresh and fun. Highest recommendation!
