Knotted Up

Came to Knotted Up needing some muscular tension relief, because I definitely was feeling knotted up. I did earliest booking through their website and got the appointment with Brandon. I walked into the place, which looked nice and was immediately greeted with great customer service. Brandon introduced self and was professional. Asked me if I was having pain anywhere or if their was any part of my body that needed more relief. I told him my neck was sore and he has for how long and what might have caused it. He educated me about cupping, which I tried for the first time and it felt good. Brandon really worked on my back and neck area. Stretched me out, so it really felt like a sports medicine massage. I was happy after my 1.5 hour massage, because my body felt relaxed after and my neck was no longer sore. Thanks a lot Brandon, I greatly appreciate it. I recommend Knotted Up!

My best friend referred me here when I was suffering from really bad sciatica pain, & I am forever grateful to her! After my first visit I was hooked & signed up for their membership. Brandon is the absolute best! He is very knowledgeable & has always made me feel so comfortable! Immediately when you walk in the space is inviting & relaxing, from the lighting, to the aroma, to the decor! Other than the amazing services I've gotten here, the friendly staff has to be my favorite part about coming! Sarah front desk is so sweet! They also have so many crystals, sage, palo santo, & crystal jewelry to shop from! Truly can't say enough great things! I have referred so many people here & they have all loved it!

Knotted up is absolutely amazing. Very clean & cozy place. Perfect for all your massages & whatever it is your body needs. All the therapists are great & caring & will adjust the massage to fit your needs. I highly recommend this place. Trust me, you definitely will be returning once you give them a try!

I cannot recommend Knotted Up enough. I work out five days a week and am constantly on my feet at work. I had been to other establishments in the past and while they were nice, I never found the relief I needed. Knotted Up provides soothing, knowledgeable, massages tailored to meet individual circumstances. The massage therapists are professional and well versed in the mechanics of massage and body/muscle therapy. I feel refreshed and rejuvenated after every visit. And the price is very affordable.

I have been to a couple different massage places and I am so glad I was recommended by a friend to come here. I have found my spot! I have tried numerous staff members and I have not been disappointed with one. One of my favorite perks is the cupping and scraping if you want them to is included. If you are looking for a good massage spot, look no further.

I get frequent headaches from neck/shoulder tension ...occupational Hazzard of sitting at a desk typing all day.... Brandon was the best! I felt very comfortable and relaxed. But I got worked! Very painful knots I didn't even realize were there. Massage, stretch and hot stones. Loved it! Woke up the next day very sore. But im stretching now, drinking more water and I feel great! Will definitely be back! Oh also I brought my own essential oil and he used it on me free of charge *highly recommend*

I’ve been coming here for about 9 months now. I was sent here from a referral from two close friends who are very picky about massages and self care. I live in Riverside County area and drive clear to Rancho Cucamonga to get my massages. I can honestly say that everyone at this place is good and knows how to “Take out every knot in my body!” Every time I’ve came they are always taken care of my aches, pains and concerns of my body. They’re very professional and worth every single penny. Amber & Sean are my favorite therapists and who know how to adjust my body and get me back on track to work a 60 hour work ahead of me. They offer variety of different types of cupping, Terra’s essential oils, red light therapy, and CBD oils. My favorite is the fact they work very hard with 1st responders to get appointments after working late at the hospital and try their best to accommodate our unpredictable schedules. Like I said before there worth it for the drive and money to serve the needs of my aches and pains. I give them the highest recommendation. The business is always very clean and restrooms are spotless.

Janavieve is the one of the best massage therapists at knotted up. The knots are released and she leaves you feeling very relaxed. The customer service here is also top notch. Everyone is very welcoming, accommodating and nice !

As soon as i got into the room Gisselle made me feel extremely comfortable and explained everything she did and why she did it. Not only did I leave feeling great. I left with more knowledge and with a list of stretches to do to help myself. I will definitely be going back to see her.
