Is a really fun place to go if you like swimming or playing sports

Lots of variety.  Good place to get a lift in, shoot hoops, swim, cardio.

Great place to take the kids to burn off some energy!

I love that they have a pool. I wish there excersise room had a better variety for upper body and ab workouts.
