Idk I’ve had great experiences there in the past but the fact that I couldn’t at least exchange on a product I was having trouble with and was trying for the first time was not great especially since I’ve been regularly going there for a few years now. The best they could do was give me a paper clip to unclog it didn’t work for this particular disposable or give me 49% off on the same product. I understand they have a strict no exchange policy I guess I’m just not a fan of that policy when products they carry have QC issues. Always get what you know and don’t buy disposables form a brand you are unfamiliar with. Lesson learned
