I find the only 5 star review a fake. Because it's the same exact review twice (look it up). If you want a honest review, here it is. I was a Patient of Dr.Koher when I was in my 20s. I had the anterior aspect restored. Well, I had it done at a dental office in Harrisburg, Pa late in the evening. I was finally done close to 1am or so. To succinct, I wouldn't recommend this approach. It reminded me of the movie Hostel. The doctor was of course nice, however, It was a botched job. I got depressed , and just buzzed cut my hair. No follow up, no call asking how I'm doing, etc. Nothing! They hired a female dental assistant who worked at this dental office to take out my stitches. When I needed to contact this person, I called the dental office during business hours, and she flat out stated " Stop calling me here, your going to get me in trouble". Is this clear enough of a review? Go to a cosmetic surgeon to get this done. Not here! Good luck. Note: I highly recommend Dr.Vogel in Maryland. Cosmetic surgeon who specializes in hair restoration. Surgeries are done onsite. Also, they have a shuttle to take you to a hotel to rest and bring you back for follow up next day if you are a Pt out of town. I'm looking at getting my second procedure with him. He's more expensive, but you want a cosmetic doctor who is highly trained in just that (Plastic surgery)!

Dr Koher and his staff are very amazing, it is obvious they have worked together for a long time. I have had my last 2 surgeries with Dr Koher, and could not be MORE pleased. I wish I had known about him in my 20's, instead of wasting my money on other doctors/clinics. I give an A+ on his "craftsmanship" of reforming the hairline and re-building of the temporal points. Look no further if you want a professional, talented, and experienced staff and doctor to deliver an everlasting lifestyle change
