Kohl's - Billings

Even though Kohl's is one of my favorite stores, I just started to notice that the people who work there, don't even ask customer's if they need help with anything. I'm not saying that they NEVER do, I just don't see the curtious interaction that I grew up with. One thing that bothers me is when I go into a store and no-one greets you or even acknowledges your presence. Even if someone is busy and can't say a simple "hello", you can still be acknowledged with eye contact & a little nod. Feeling ignored by staff is not a great feeling. It doesn't make me want to spend my hard earned money in a store that doesn't respect its customers. The only time anyone ever speaks to me is when I'm looking at the jewelry. It's like their way of saying "We are watching you I'm case you were thinking about stealing something." Like...come on. Really? Go get that old lady carrying 10 shirts a dressing room please...

Kohl's is a great place to shop. Has a large variety of merchandise and excellent sales deals if you keep track of them. Store is maintained well, very clean and employees are helpful. It is a relaxing atmosphere that lets you take your time at look for your items at your pace. Also no pressure if you don't find what you are looking for. There are self help kiosks to check if a particular item is available online, should you have your heart set on a particular color or variation of an item.

Good place to chase brand name merchandise at reduced price. I always like to check on the clearance sections marked with red tags. Way more choice for women clothes. If you have time it's definitely worth sifting through priced to clear items.

Love kohl's, gotta get them sales and stack your coupons and kohl's cash. Sometimes it's frustrating finding my size but it ships fast if it's in another store. Great store, quiet store, friendly staff

I love the deals. They have my white Nike hoodie n now teal n pink n I've gotten the whole collection including the sweat pants. N the clearance deals r awesome! I go to Kohls at least once a week.

Kelly was awesome on the cashier, went at an incredible speed and was very knowledgeable about the Kohl’s cash which I had questions about. Very good experience, expedient and friendly!

I was ignored asking for help, the staff was too busy taping objects like water bottles in the fitting rooms. I eventually found what I needed

Clothes seem to be repetitive. Petite section is almost nonexistent and what they do have is apparently for women over 60. I guess they think petite means old.

Clean organized store. Smaller than other Kohls I have been to. Friendly staff.

The kid that training new employee shouldn’t be training wasted 2 hrs because couldn’t reach anyone at help desk
