Kohl's - Hooksett

At Kohl’s you can get Koolaburra by Ugg bedding. Love the comforters enough to have three so far and there’s always coupons and discounts to save money on this cozy bedding. I never pay full price for anything there! I bought the super soft comforters - but be sure to check out the different styles though to pick your fave. It’s worth getting on their email list for BIG SAVINGS Speaking of BIG… see my pic of the HUGE holiday fox for sale at Kohl’s. That is 700 bucks BIG!!!

Never had a bad experience here! All of the staff are great, especially Anne and Deb at the customer service desk! Also love the curbside pickup and self pickup feature!

Kohl's is what Filenes at the mall used to be to me. Since there is no more Filenes near us glad to have found Kohl's with good prices, friendly staff to help find things quickly and has what I am looking for.

Very nice looking inside. Staff were friendly and helpful. Amazon drop off site. Very easy to use, associate was very friendly. I received a 15% off coupon when I returned my product. I used it right away on a shirt. Pricey, so look for sales. Touchless payment option available. Plenty of parking .

1 other person in line and the manager demanded that I walk 60 feet to join the line rather than walk through an opening in the merchandise rack. Ridiculous treatment by a "Karen" worker.

I love Kohls ..their variety of clothing and all sizes, also have a variety of things needed for your home

I am a huge Kohl's fan and I love Kohl's in Hooksett New Hampshire they are extremely polite this store is always clean and they are very helpful restrooms are extremely clean and also and when you go in there you don't feel pressured and it's easy to find items that you're looking for the clothing toys housewares anyting I recommend trying this place out. And if you live in MASSACHUSETTS LIKE I do it's worth the drive. They even have parking 4 online purchases in-store pickup.

Extremely disappointed with the customer service tonight at this Kohl’s. I am never one to leave negative reviews but I was saddened by how we were treated by the dressing room attendant tonight around 8pm on 4/16/22. My mother and I were shopping for something to wear to Easter. We had split up at one point so I could look at clothes for my niece and nephew, and afterwards I was looking for my mom. I stepped into the dressing room around 8:30, not to try on clothes but to call out and see if my mom was in there. The dressing room attendant saw me with my cart which only had stuffed animals for my niece and nephew in it and loudly sighed and rolled her eyes, because she thought I was trying on clothes, though even if I had been we still had a half an hour left. A few minutes later my mom did go into the dressing room and I was waiting for her, and the same lady came to remind us that we were just about out of time although, again, my mother had one thing to try on and we still had time, AND we are the type of people who always put clothes back correctly rather than make the people do it. When I told her I was just waiting for my mom and we were just about done, she again rolled her eyes and stormed off. The other people in the dressing room said 20 minutes before that the same lady was rude to them as well, so she’s making shoppers very uncomfortable. Overall it’s a nice Kohl’s and other associates were nice, but I work with the public and I would never treat people that way. I’m very disappointed with her treatment towards the customers in the store tonight, when it should have been a good experience.

Ordered an item online for store pickup. Waited in line in the store to pick it up. Got it home and it wasn't new, had clearly been repacked in the box. We kept it because while not new, it appeared unused just clearly handled and repacked and wasn't worth the hassle of going back to the store to return or exchange it. Just disappointing to pay for a brand new item and receive a "open box" item. If we ever shop here again we'll examine things much more closely and recommend others do the same.
