I recently visited Kohl's to shop for my wife and was thoroughly impressed with the experience. The store offered a wide variety of high-quality items, from clothing to home goods. I found a beautiful winter coat that my wife absolutely loves. The customer service was excellent, with staff readily available to assist and provide recommendations. Despite the busy season, the checkout process was smooth and efficient. Overall, Kohl's provides a great shopping experience with a diverse selection and exceptional service. Highly recommended!

Very nice, well maintained Kohl’s. Although they need more than three cashiers! Very clean and neat store. Two floors, with foot wear upstairs. Amazon return service and lockers upstairs as well. Good priced with a lot to choose from. Huge parking area out front. Well lit with working escalators and an elevator. Self checkout available as well.
I love Kohl's for shopping. I have such low patience, but I'm glad they offer a wide variety of brands and styles. The clothes are always well-organized, which makes the shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the frequent sales and discounts are a big plus. Kohl's has become my go-to store for all my fashion needs.
Last minute necessities ok but bc of fitting room attendant I wouldn't go back. Rude!!!!! She told me to wait outside. Meanwhile, my daughter needed help w the zipper, and it's co ed fitting room and it was a dress, she supposed to walk out for my help???? Let another woman wait inside?I won't go back. One place online business should takeover and get rid of the people.
Floor staff is more worried about thieves than customers, I asked the black lady on the floor for help. And she brushed me off, but she realized how she was coming off and then finally told me that I can order something but didn’t even bother to check in the back since it said item was in stock in this store. What a waste of time money, I’m talking about the employees too.
Very clean and organized.restrooms very clean and nothing out of order in the restrooms like usually happens in other stores. Awesome location for shopping also nearest hangaround place closer to water. Associates are very helpful.I forgot to put my coupon while paying than i ask and associate process return and again charge my items with coupon.
Shopping Kohl's Ceasar's Bay in Brooklyn was a delight. The associates are extremely helpful. I made a visit on June 09, 2024 and checked out with Chilli who was so helpful and kind. He helped me to navigate my coupons on the app and how to use them within the time frame. Thank you for your kindness and smile. My shopping experience was exceptional.
Its A Nice Store for Everyday shopping Plus you get store discounds And Coupon savings every now and then Overall a kid friendly place as well You will leave satisfied everytime but the only thing they need to work on are the Lines to go to the cashiers sometimes its ridiciously long
Always seem to find something I like @Ceasars Bay location. Also find employee Annie R. A helpful, lovely person. She ALWAYS has a smile and a Hello & is so helpful when needed. She is an asset to this store!
