Not the best store I have been to, and probably won’t return. Staff was kind but they did not have the things their website said they did. Also, their jewelry section is gone, which is a bummer.
Very shady clerks that will try to push a APR of over 31%! credit card and be misleading about payment for that current transaction. Cashier said that I could pay with my personal debit card for the current purchase while signing up for the card. Despite putting it in for the payment and dialing in my PIN, the purchase was still charged to the Kohl's Card I had just signed up for. Along with the more-than 31% interest rate, monthly late fees are to the tune of $40/month, and for a $1,000 limit. The kicker is that cashiers get their own rewards/commissions based on how many people they sign up.
Haven't been here in awhile, but stopped in to see if they have a pair of shoes I seen online. Evidently it isn't carried in store, so I ordered them online. Ended up buying 3 shirts. I do feel they were a little expensive, compared to the stores I typically shop at like TJMX and Ross, but they were name brand and I really liked them. Store was busy, but the line flowed quickly. I do like the self check out option and the lady who was running it was very friendly and sweet. Overall a good experience, I will return again.
I found everything I needed in one stop. As usual I was here for hours but I couldn't resist the great deals and selection. Not a bad spot to find some toys too.
The store was clean and well organized. Unfortunately I couldn't find the items that were supposed to be on sale. However, I found amazing deals on things I wasn't looking for!
I have decided not to buy clothes from kohls ever again because of my experience today. A lady, around her 40’s, black hair, Spanish speaker, skinny, red hair, gave me a really bad vibe for leaving my clothes on the chair, by the shoe section, while I was looking for more items to buy. I’m not coming back to this store to spend 200 dollars again. There are too many options around to put up with a worker’s attitude. I don’t know who does the hiring at this place , but whoever hired this lady has lost a long-time customer.
I love kohl's all items 30%off got lots of baby clothes on sale. I like to tell everyone Koh's is the best store to shop.
The store was nice and clean; however, we asked to sign up for rewards for Kohls Cash and were signed up for the credit card instead! We did not know until we got home and saw all the credit card pamphlets that they stuck in the bag. My husband and I were shocked as were never told we were getting a card. Have spent the last hour trying to cancel and pay by phone. So unethical!
For some reason my phone number doesn't work so we always have to go to my email and that's fine because they always make sure that I get my coupons and the best deals to help me save money and their so friendly and helpful I wish I could remember names but I'm just going to say I haven't had a bad experience yet and I believe I never will
Overall great store but seriously, why are you playing Christmas music already?! I get that you are putting our Christmas items for sale, but shoppers do not want to listen to that for 2.5 months. It's not even halfway through October! Please stop
