Here is the first time we're been here and the stuff they're pretty nice and helpful.
Clean and good customer service. Good winter sales at the time I was there also. I just wish they would at least organize the sales clothing better. Possibly by size or color coordinate and keep athletics sales all in one area, Juniors and misses all on there own separate area. Going through their sales was just very inconvenient. Keep up the good work!
Found a lovely night gown today. I am old fashioned, I don't care too much for the sleep jammies you see all over with very few nightgowns available anymore. Kohl's had a lovely selection, thank you for catering to all kinds of interests!
Needed to return 2 dress shirt for the correct size, the cashier lady was very nice to help me get the correct shirt! I wish i knew her name! She was wonderful and very helpfull to get me the correct shirt. Thank you Kohl's and you to nice lady
Because this Mall is closing in the next couple of months, I think that's why attention to detail is severely lacking. Used to be my go to place. But now....not so much. Very unkept, disheveled store. On a bright note, the staff remains exceptional and very helpful
Great store! I can use a coupon to find some good deals! I really like the idea that you get $10 kohl's Cash for spending $50 every time! Wow! What a great store! It's like you get some money back! And spend the kohl's cash on something you can get for free! One of my favorite stores!

This location embodies what i love about Kohls. The associates are friendly, helpful, and efficient. The manager obviously cares and is very friendly. Everywhere from the sales floor to checkout and the service desk nothing short of warm and fabulous service. Hands-down my favorite location.
Great customer service in the shoe department by Delores. She went above and beyond to look for a pair of shoes in my sons size. Thank you so much because we didn’t want to run to another store.
Went to get a pickup order, the return/order pickup line was backed up... while there were 2 employees standing at the checkouts doing nothing but chatting.. when I asked for help, they referred me to wait in line. Seems odd to have one area backed up while other workers just stand around. Efficiency people!!!
