Love this store. Quality of goods at low prices with additional discounts. Also love their toy department for name brand toys at low prices. I tell all my “grandmother” friends. I shop here for all my toy presents for my 3 great grandchildren.
The employees at this Kohl's store were all very helpful and went out of their way to make me happy and feel valued - even during the evening hours when everyone is tired - including me. I will definitely go back to this store. It was clean and most items on the racks were easy to look over and not crowded.
I love Kohl’s! The employees are friendly and helpful! Today Alyssa demonstrated professionalism upon check out by welcoming me with a SMILE and efficient service. She made sure to ask if I found everything I needed and provided me with a $10 Kohl’s cash so that I could return and shop again. I definitely will. Thanks Alyssa! I appreciate you! Neat, well organized. They also have self pickup and Amazon drop off area. We found most of the sales staff with a smile on their face. On the whole good experience.
This is a large multilevel Kohl’s. They sell everything you’d expect them to sell. I found the clothing to be somewhat unorganized, with clothing on the floor in one department. There were a variety of sales throughout the store. I did not see many salespeople. Checking out took longer than it should. There was a long line and there were only two cashiers. Parking is available.
Kohls is the most racist department store you can go in if you're african american. The lost prevention team follows you around the whole time you're in there and don't ask for help from one of the sales associates. They will look at you like you're crazy.
What a great store. I visited the Kohls in Oxford Valley PA today as my puppy ate my toddler grandson's shoe today and I had to replace it immediately. I called to see if they had his small size and the woman Kathy stayed on the phone and went and checked for me. She was so patient. She told me that they had them. Great I headed over with my grandson. Then when I got there Margo helped me find the baby shoes. She was so helpful and kind. She helped me find the best pair. Then I needed a small jacket and Margo and marisa both helped. Marisa went to a couple of sections to find a jacket for the baby. We found one. What a great experience I had. Thank you Kohls!
Kohls has lost my business and loyalty of 20+ years. They made an error and will not take accountability. They would not answer any of my calls in the Executive office. I find their customer service and people skills appalling and despicable.
It was a great visit. The store looked clean and the people were friendly. Jayne, who was the cashier was very friendly and helpful. Jayne was making sure we were leaving happy and found what we came in for.
