Great customer service. Great variety of different brands. Covid friendly. A little confusing layout but you can easily get help within seconds.

Fast service for an Amazon return. “End of season” swimsuit top! On sale, plus return coupon, walked out the door with a beautiful $12 swimsuit piece! Where can you do that today?!? Super fan of Kohl’s value and service!

They get a decent review because they are connected to the parking structure and the Amazon return isn't that far from the escalator. They haven't buried it back in the stocking area or gated it at customer service. I would give it a better review if street parking were better and I could get to it with out mazing through the store.

Always clean and friendly. If they don't have your size they can order it and send to your door.

The checkout lady in the women's section downstairs was so rude for no reason that it ruined my shopping experience. Was nothing to do with me she was just rude. Needs more customer service training or something. I know Kohls would not approve of such behavior.

Love kohl's my favorite store but need something done with kohl's dollars that expire to a school or a fund
