I went in today in search of an air fryer and I found just what I needed. In case you wanted to know, for air fried Oreos, use double stuffed Oreos and go easy dough and don't overdo the powdered sugar "garnish". That being said, my trip into Kohl's was easy and quick. I was able to find what I was looking for quickly and saw a few fun gift ideas I may have to come back for later. I didn't have to wait long to check out and the staff was friendly.
Pretty quiet at this location. I hope Kohl's doesn't go because I love shopping here. A step up from Wally World and a step below having to go to the mall. Found shoes. Tons of clearance goods and got Kohl's cash, so of course I'll be back. The young male cashier was super nice and professional.
This was the worst Kohl's I have been too. No help no selection of kids dress shoes. It was the first time I could only spend 5 min in one.
Love that I can return Amazon items and you take care of the shipping and packaging!

Wondering, if we pay kohls card at a cashier they accept more than the total on the receipt? That’s dangerous. And I don’t want to believe I am not sure they gave me kohls cash which already was used. I gotta think I had better stop using kohls card.

Did not appreciate losing $10 after ordering $50 online. I Spent $125 from gift cards online just to be told when returning some items to store I lost my $10. I earn $10 if I spend $ 50 if I earn it why would it be taken away?
The lady working at the register was very rude to me, she had terrible customer service skills. She wouldn’t allow me to type in my kohls rewards number and had a fit about me having a 20% off friends and family coupon. I have spent $687 there this week on summer clothes so far and had planned to bring my third child back to choose her summer clothes but I’ll be going else where for her summer attire as the lady at the register made it feel very unwelcoming.
