Kohl's Trenton

Made a return from an online order. Used Kohls card and they were able to pull up the item very quick. Friendly staff!!

Kohl's is an understated chain that offers excellent value for quality items. My favorite sections are those for shoes brand names at great prices, clothes wide selection, casual to formal and housewares. The size of the stores and not overwhelming, yet has most things you need.

The best group of salespeople. They are very helpful and always ready to assist their customers. Lines are long but they move as well as they can given the circumstances.

Great customer service and very friendly. I want for steel toe boots which unfortunately they didn't have but I got them right next door and the associates helped as much as they could.

Lots of clothing spread throughout the store. Appears as if it broken up into groups by brand. Little bit irritating that I have to walk all over the place to purchase a belt. Search brand by brand for all available options. Otherwise good shopping experience covid protocols in place and followed.

Kohl's was great. Great sale currently going on.

The people who work there are extremely kind and helpful.

I don't normally shop here often just is convenient to return Amazon packages and kohls gives u a coupon to use in their store, no packing no wrapping either bring your return info, scan and done.

Its a little hard to find things you need in this store. Store is busy
