Chang did not give me my PD number when I asked for it, I had to measure it myself. Also, was given a paper with the wrong prescription written on it and the office will not rectify the mistake so I am out 200+ after a vision screening and glasses that don’t work.

Took my kids there and Dr Chang rushed them through there tests so fast. I have never seen an eye Dr rush so fast and then dilates eyes without my permission and charges me for it. Just overall very rude to me and my kids will never go back

Dr. Kong Chang was very personable knowledgeable, and professional. Kong's staff was polite, and expedient. I don't understand all the negitave reviews. Note some people are talking about some different office? Did these people not look at the map? Why review a different optometrist office?
