There is so much to say about Joe and Kool Covers - even with all the rain in TX, Joe and his crew got the job done! They worked hard in the heat, never complaining and immediately addressing any concerns my husband had. The professionalism mixed with the personal touch instantly turned the patio space into our extended dining area and has gotten the attention of our neighbors seeking patio screening. I had an insulated aluminum patio cover installed. It took a couple of weeks to schedule work once a made my decision on what type of cover I wanted, the installers were very professional and did great work. We had a very large wrap around patio and Kool Covers did an amazing job. The cover is insulated and makes a big difference compared to other builder and in this Texas heat it's a must. My great appreciation to the two guys that installed the cover. They worked in the heat and were very meticulous, never left discared materials on the patio and swep everyday. We had a patio cover installed at our home. Jeremiah was great to work with. We had so many problems with our HOA and it took months to get their ok. But after we got the ok. They showed up and had it installed in 2 days. We love it. Now we can enjoy eating in our backyard without the sun beating down on us. Working with Jeremiah from start to finish was a pleasure. He came out and listened to our needs. He drew diagrams of what he planned to do and sent them along with our estimate. He stayed in contact with us constantly to let us know when we should expect his construction team. His team was very professional and considerate of our property. Anything they had to move for construction they put back when done. The dirt dug for the carport supports was taken to a spot we designated in our yard. The carport itself is nice and sturdy and does not leak tested by tropical storm Beta. I would not hesitate using this company in the future for other projects.
