Kordsmeier Remodeling Service

KRS was the only remodeler who was willing to tackle remodeling a bathroom in a 100 year old home and still give us everything we wanted in the bathroom. They were respectful and always cleaned up before they left for the day. The KRS team members were all professional craftsmen.

Charged me for the service call and ran a snake down the shower then loaded up and left. Didnt give me any other kind of helpful advice. Was not impressed

They charged me $120 for 45 min of labor charge. I called to verify and was told that's what their hourly charge was. Service was fine and they were polite but extremely overpriced.
