We are Ridgewood's first and only Pilates Reformer Studio, fully stocked with Balanced Body equipment. Our instructors have all received training through Polestar Pilates Education, to provide you with the highest level of workout support. We encourage those who are looking for a pain free, workout experience to try our introductory private session, where we can customize your future workout program that meets your goals and budget.
