Korean Air First Class Lounge

Excellent lounge with great service and quiet atmosphere. Nice set up with amenities such as shower service. The view from the lounge is just breathtaking seeing the plane arrived at the gate from up high!!!

Food was good/okay and they do have complimentary alcoholic drinks But.. the seats were too closed to each other didn’t feel comfortable there. And ac was not strong enough Food: 4/5

Have all the basic that you would expect from a lounge such as hot food, cold selection, non alc and alcoholic beverage. Friendly check-in staff and the lounge itself is clean. Only note is the seats are very close to each other. Luckily when I visit, the lounge is quite empty so this is not a problem but might be when the lounge is crowded

Me and my family went to airport early. We checked in and we were extremely hungry and we did not eat breakfast. However the JFK Korean air lounge had amazing food and the customer service was amazing. My family had a great time and we were all full.

I honestly do not understand the negative reviews. This lounge is legit serving delicious wings, fried rice, penne pasta, all types of alcoholic drinks,tea, salad, sandwiches, broccoli cheddar cheese soup, Ramen soup, cheese slices, chips, cookies and salad. And that was at 11AM! A little bit of everything for everyone. On top of that the workers are super nice and welcoming; I can not count the times a man walked by collecting dirty dishes and garbage. The food is always being replenished and theres even showers! Amazing service!

Clean and nice place to relax before a long flight ahead. Good foods and drinks and snacks. Another amazing point is they keep the bathrooms cleaned at all times. Also the staffs there are readily available to assist and maintain the place clean!

The lounge is a decent size compared to other lounges in T1 and the staff are friendly, but that’s where the good ends. The lounge seems dated and has a very limited food selection. Expect mostly packaged ramen and small packaged salads during Covid. Hours are based on flight schedule and expect the lounge to open late and close early.

Great food better than many other skyteam member lounges. Across from gate 3, at bit hard to find.Food: 5/5

Pretty good lounge with great selection of food and drinks. There is even shower room. The relaxation room however needs to be worked on.

In my 20 years flight experience abord with different airlines and different international destinations today jfk to Korea on of the worse airline, staff ,bad hospitality please never flight with this airline,
