I normally wouldn't post a review on a dentist visit. But, I have to make a major exception in this case! Dr.Kramer is just awesome. I visited the Manhattan office, the office is great. Everyone was great, especially the office manager Jamilka. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about my insurance. The appointment process is quick and efficient, the paperwork is minimal and the staff will guide you along the way with a smile. The Dentist is very good with his hands. I've had extractions, implants, bridges, and cleaning done. I will definitely will be returning to this office. THANK YOU! Dr. Kramer and Manhattan staff.
I've been going to Dr. Kramer for almost 20 years and he is the most efficient and consistently reliable doctor I've ever been to. He is always running on time and takes the time to know his patients. The entire staff is great- makes going to the dentist a pleasant experience!
I love this place. By far one of the best Dentist office I've ever been too. Dr. Kramer has an affinity for sports and the decore shows it, and for a guy like me it makes it all the more fun. Dr. Patel is an amazing Dentist. Very nice, and gentle. The office has state of the art equipment which makes the experience very interactive. Last but not least, the staff.. These ladies are so very and sweet, professional, and always on task. I've recommended quite a few people.
I have been a patient at Kramer & Kramer for over two year's and would highly recommend. I never wait and the front end reception and hygenist are great. I see doctor Patel and love her. I never leave with any issue and if I needed follow up work I always know what I'll be paying on my next visit to prepare. Give them a try if you are in the market for a new dentist.
As a new patient, recommended to Dr. Kramer, I am extremely happy with his services and his entire office staff. Each visit is cordial and my teeth have never felt/looked better. Definitely recommend!

I've been a patient of Dr. Kramer for many, many years now and I don't have a negative thing to say about him. He is kind, patient when answering questions, and I never feel like I am being rushed through my appointments. I would highly recommend!
Excellent practice. Dr. Kramer is wonderful. Very friendly, transparent and thorough with exams. Staff is organized and attentive. I have been a patient for 10+ years. Highly recommend.
Best dentist office I have ever been too! Both Dr. Kramer and Dr. Patel are amazing...kind, explanatory and efficient. The office staff is super helpful and organized. I recommend to everyone!
After trying so hard to make two prior appointments with this dentist office and failing to do so. Against my best judgment I give it another shot and I finally make it to my third appt. And I have to tell you I wish I hadn't. This was a very unpleasant experience. Personally I would not recommend anyone to go period. After I'm done answering the dentists 50 to 60 questions on the health forms, I'm greeted by a nurse whose indifferent and a dentist whose eager to go to lunch than to tend to a first time patient. I tell him my grievance with one tooth and my other grievance with the other tooth. Seriously no empathy whatsoever. "Just let me take an image on the left and one on the right. I dont see anything. I can refer you to an Endo or specialist who can look into it more but I dont see anything wrong." After just a couple of questions no more than 5 minutes on his chair he asks me "is there anything else I would like him to look at." After some thought because like anyone else I have alot thoughts running through my mind, I'm not a robot I asked if he could do a cleaning. Something that is common sense and practical on every first time meeting with a dentist. Without an ounce of consideration the dentist points to the forms that I've answered in a rush and saids "well you didnt write that on the paper. If you wanted that to be looked at then you should of wrote that on the paper." He was more concerned with pointing the fingur and debating who was wrong then just tending to my rightful request as a patient because he did asked "is there anything else I'd like to address?" Not only was he wrong in the way he addressed the entire situation, out of some self righteous means to justify his behavior or actions as if that would make anything better, he insisted on repeating over and over again that I should of written that response differently while I held my tongue and kept my anger and frustration in check. That if he had even bothered to look further down on that response he so kept pointing at he would of seen that I also wrote inquiry on braces but he nevered bothered to ask me about that. No he didnt. Or the fact that I highlighted that I have gum issues in his 60 question health form never came up. So do I want another visit for cleaning? No thank you. Perhaps you thought I wasn't going to bother writing about this experience but you were wrong. And I'm going to let everyone know.
