Stopped by for a quick desert reward and we went to the right spot. Plenty of inventory to choose from, clean interior, quick service, and it wasn't too crowded inside. Drive thru seemed stacked but that's to be expected.  Love being able to see the donuts being prepared in the back. And I didn't realize there was shirts and other swag to buy. Kinda cool!

I love coming to this location, especially when the red light is on. The staff here is extremely polite and friendly on every visit! I've come many times when the red light was on and there was somewhat of a long line, but they were able to get everyone taken care of quickly! The donuts are always good and fresh. No complaints here! Highly recommended!

Donuts are great! My family and I love them! The customer service not so much. Especially the girl named Indiya, she gave us an attitude and rolled her eyes at us after we said “we’re ready to order”. Employees need more training with customer service because it’s something they can’t deliver.

I picked up a dozen pink frosted sprinkled doughnuts this morning, i preordered those, the gentelman was nice giving them to me! And then The Red Haired lady in ponytail and hat, had helped me get one more doughnut for my daughter, because she would cry if i didnt get her one. The lady was very sweet, she had served me before a while back, and she was just as nice as I remember! Thank you kind lady, you made my experience here most memorable and happy!!

We had our birthday free dozen, the light on the street was broken on one side for hot donuts, please turn on the light on the app when cooking......Had 2 on the way home, fat  keep you fat

I placed a mobile order around 3:00 P.M. for iced coffees and doughnuts and went inside to pick it up. My doughnuts were ready and I was waiting patiently for the drinks. It was clean inside and the two employees working in the front were nice.  I tried two of my delicious fluffy treats! One was the new Biscoff withe the cream cheese frosting. It was super delicious! I love cookie butter and I was not disappointed. The other was a Cinnamon Sugar and it too was super delicious.  They were both soft and fresh. My Daughter enjoyed her delicious treats as well including the iced Mocha.  Thank you Krispy Kreme!

Young lady at working counter was disconnected. Maybe she was having a bad day but either way the service was terrible.  My milkshake tasted terrible too. Never had a bad experience here before

Despite what the website says and what the signs at the store say, the Drive Thru does not open earlier than the store at 5:00.  Based on the employee who held up six fingers rather than coming to talk to me at 5:45, I took that to mean the drive thru  also didn’t open until 6:00.

Krispy Kreme is Buggy and serving our 6-legged friends as well as our human friends. I went to Krispy Kreme with my husband and son on Sunday, 11 OCT 2020 to purchase a couple of dozen donuts. While standing in line waiting my turn and trying to decide which tasty treats I wanted I spotted a bee flying around in the case and walking on the donuts. I tried getting the attention of the guy behind the counter. After calling out to him several times as well as another customer in line he looked at us as if we were annoying him. I pointed out the bee to him. He acted as if he could not see it so now other customers are pointing it out to him. Still acting annoyed he ignored the bee and continued doing what he was doing. At that point, my husband drew my attention to a roach or water bug on the floor. It startled me so I jumped. The customers behind us saw this and left the store saying no way are buying donuts from a place that has 1. Bees and 2. roaches. As soon as they left my son points out a fly in the same donut case as the bee. Two other customers also saw the fly and decided to leave the store. At this point the guy that I was trying to inform about the bee is now asking me what I wanted. I asked him if he was concerned that there is a bee and a fly in the case and there was also a roach on the floor. Still looking at me annoyed...he said nothing for a moment and then repeated what do you want. I guess that meant he was not concerned.

Simply the best! We will always drive the distance! Eventhough there is a Chesapeake location we tried it! this Aragona Krispy Kreme location never disappoints!
