Krispy Kreme

16th Street Mall KK is OPEN!!! Currently says “Temporarily Closed” on Google Maps. Don’t believe it. CC machine was down, no decaf coffee, no milk alternatives, but they have doughnuts!! And they’re delicious.

I wanted to get a donut and experienced the worst customer service . Manager Dakota wasn’t helpful at all had me insert my credit card 4 times but the machine was malfunctioning and kept saying on his side “call” which he had no idea what that meant. I asked if I could use another register since that was clearly malfunctioning but he said he won’t do it!!!! He’s the manager who couldn’t use another terminal?? I spent 5 minutes trying to get a donut and in the end had to leave the store. Stay away worst customer service ever. He gave me such a trouble purchasing a single donut —- this person should never have a leadership position cuz he simply doesn’t care . After that I went to a Starbucks next door got a donut and coffee and of course my card worked with a single tap! Pfff

Great donuts like always. This location was pretty quick even with just one lady working behind the counter.

The lady that helped me was incredibly friendly and helpful. It is my first time in a Krispy Kreme so she was helpful. The store was fairly clean and I enjoyed all of the windows letting in natural light and the goings on of the 16th st. Mall. The one what I can only describe as odd or strange even was the comment the woman made when I attempted to tip her and her coworker. She said she didn't want it because they were "Working on themselves around here". Maybe they are part of a secret Krispy Kreme Kult. Well whatever the case good donuts and good service with a view.

Ok Mid West yall gotta do better with the chocolate frosting. Wish i could upload a pic of my chocolate donuts. There is hardly any chocolate icing on my glazed donuts. I'm from the south and I grew up on Krispy Kreme donuts. Get it together Denver. I'm glad you're here, but get it together. Don't be stingy with the chocolate icing geez!

You can always find a good doughnut, quality made and friendly service. Sooooo good, lemon filled glazed reminds me of when I was in elementary visiting my mom making dough in the morning.

For several months this location has become a horrible experience. No one knows anything any longer, no one can run the cash register, the Loyalty Rewards do not work by scanning or by entering a phone number, Google Pay does not work, and they never have the promotional donuts. I never got a chance to try their Birthday donut or Coffee Glazed. They open at 6:00 a.m., but are never ready to sell anything, either there are no donuts there or the registers are closed and no one knows how to open them. I cannot use the buy a dozen get a dozen glazed free promotion on their receipts because nobody knows how to do it. There definitely needs to be some register training. They do carry donut holes now. That is a change for the good. This location was.... Well kept Krispy Kreme kiosk. All fresh donuts are shipped in every morning from a local store. I'm there when they arrive in the mornings. They don't carry all the donuts made in the full stores but they have a very good variety, sadly, no donut holes. They have all sorts of beverages, but I have never tried them, I personally go just for donuts. I have always received very friendly service at this location and it is kept very clean.

Krispy Kreme has the best donuts in the world...deliciousooo!! Mekes perfect cake for birthdays!!

Literally...the best...donuts I have ever had in my life. There's something about them that just put them above other donuts. They have a huge array of donuts to choose from too. They're so good I would eat an entire dozen in one sitting and wouldn't bat a lash. They could easily become addicting. Love the place here too. It's small and cute. Not for bigger crowds, maybe 3-4 people max.

It's not an awful place and seems clean enough, but when I went in to get my free birthday donut, they donut they gave me seemed like it had been left out for 3 days and was hard and stale. I was so disappointed, especially because this isn't the Krispy Kreme I usually go to the one I go to is located near a target, and it was my only free donut. The man who helped me was nice though, so at least the service wasn't too bad.
