Refused to accept my ID because it was out of state. Gladys was incredibly rude and enjoyed exercising her authority. Her suggestion was to get a brand new driver's license everytime I travel somewhere. Just brillant...
My mother placed an order a week in advance for a cake for my 21st birthday and they completely did the opposite of what she asked for. The color, details and everything was wrong not to mention the writing was horrible and they placed it in a small box so all the icing is smudged. It is absolutely ridiculous and I completely understand not wanting to work a Sunday but I do it every week at my job. Get over yourself and if you don’t like your job get a different one. Terrible service!!!
Great Service and a great clean store!
This Kroger is way better than the one one hwy 51 in Madison. Always have my things in stock majority of the time and much more and it seems faster than the other one. When I need specifics that this store sells otherwise I go to Walmart and Costco. This Kroger is good.
Went in tonight, did self checkout, proceeded to scan printed manufacturers coupons and was told by two employees that Kroger does not accept "coupons printed on paper" they did apologize and explained that they are not suppose to take them. Have always been able to use manufacturer coupons at this location, voided all of our groceries and will take our business and our coupons to Walmart.
Went today to pick up a prescription I dropped off the day before. Upon arrival I was told it was going to be 10 to 15 minutes. This has become the new scripted answer given upon arrival. This was the 5th or 6th time in a row I have been told this .It doesn’t matter when script was called in or dropped off. Two days later always 10 to 15 minutes, please come back later. No more Walgreens or Costco is looking great. Bye bye.
We have shopped at Kroger for the past 28 years, but I shall never shop there again. I explained to the arrogant little man as I entered that I could not wear a mask for medical reasons and that the MS law gave such an exemption. He informed me that Kroger had no exempltions--which means that I am expected to harm my heath by wearing a mask, just to please Kroger officials. If the store does not care about its customer's health, I shall not shop there again. There are a number of people having health conditions which exempts them from safely wearing a mask--such as preganacy, COPD, emphysemia, asthma, shortness of breath, cardiovascular disease, Lyme disease, etc. It is shameful that you treat your customers in this manner.
OK still a bad experience in the past but overall a ggod place to shop * old review* Premium price over the Walmart just .5 miles away. Worth it if the service was better. Not sure if it's a new manager or just a bad day but NOT WORTH paying extra to shop here. Dealt with three employees, 2 mangers, that were clueless in customer service. Maybe time for a management change?
Tara at customer service desk proceeded to carry on a conversation with a coworker, rather than acknowledging the customers she had waiting in her line. I’ve worked customer service my whole life, and that just upsets me the most when employees get away with stuff like that!
I am very disappointed that Kroger does not require their customers wear face masks and/or make the very narrow isles one way. I have been a regular Kroger, Colony Crossing customer but will now be shopping at grocery stores that require masks. Wish ya’ll would help your customers feel safe during this time.
