Kroger

Horrible experience tonight, will not shop at this Kroger again. Epic fail with their own digital coupons and was told they couldn't do anything about it. I was told someone must have used my coupon already.....but yet they were clearly under my coupons in the app. I voiced I didn''t think anyone has used them bc they are still showing, I was told again someone had to have used them already....thanks for insinuating that I was lying. Then when more helped arrived, I was told "I must of just loaded them to my account and it wasn't going to work!" It only became worse after that. Couldn't void and was expected to just pay it. Then was told to come back tomorrow to get it straight possibly. I was done at that point.

Better selection than Wal-Mart Some things are higher. Weekly specials,gas points,senior citizen parking,pick 5 and save on multiple items. Help if you need it.

I worked at Kroger on 49 in Richland. Sometimes they put more on 1 person than some can't get it done because your on the project 2 get it done & a customer comes along & u have 2 stop war ur doing & take care of them then ur behind & u get fussed at because.ur behind. Not fair. Otherwise I love me some Kroger.

I use to always like coming to this Kroger but now I will no longer shop here because last year around this time I went and caught a real bad cold and now I have caught the same nasty cold. Even though I always use the handy disaffected wipes they have to wipe down my cart before usage they seem to never work. I feel that need they to come up with a better method of making sure that the carts are more sanitary during cold and flu season

This Kroger is about average. The service isn't terrible but it's not great either. The management is working on making it better from what I can tell. The store was recently remodeled. So it's looks nice. It's clean. It sells gas but depending on what time you come through you might have to wait a few minutes. Overall not a bad store. But not a great store either.
