Kroger

Monday 01/30, I met Leah in the floral department. This young lady takes great pride of ownership in the floral shop. Leah was personable, knowledgable and offered a range of solutions to accommodate my requests. She took great care to build the floral arrangement then packaged it for safe transport. I hope Leah is being used to train other people on your team, she deserves recognition for being an engaged person with your customers. A++ GREAT JOB!

Always clean, large selection, friendly service, and always a good work staff available to the customer. Plenty of departments to help the customer such as a service counter that takes bills and sells money orders, Starbucks inside, Pharmacy, and many more. My vegetable fruit selection like my mother. Always quality products. Always a large selection and no matter what you're looking at. Prices are a little higher than other locations but always quality product for that price.

Kroger should be ashamed of this location. This location has been completely abandoned as far as renovations and training. Aisles are completely blocked off by crates and inaccessible. What a joke.

Prices are ridiculous at this store,of course I realize that everything is getting expensive but they could do better here. Also we went in today and I heard a manager berating an employee in front of customers. This is totally uncalled for, she knew I heard her and she just looked at me incredibly hateful. Newsflash, you are short handed and can't get any help, and it's so bad that the cashier's are having to bag the customers groceries, this isn't the way to keep employees. I will never be back to this Kroger again.

I understand needing to secure one entrance. However when it is 835pm and the door isnt supposed to lock until 9pm then dont lock it 20 minutes early because you're too lazy. Change the sign ir honor the sign. It is a simple concept.

Went to the flower shop today and received the most kind and thoughtful service! Leah, is AWESOME! Give this lady a raise!

Hey corporate, all of us customers are expecting are Kroger to be open when it's suppose to be. When I got here at 7:30 am, we were all turned away and told because the floors are getting done. Your not open 24 hours anymore. Can't the floors be done at night? This mad a lot of customers mad this morning.

The location on Kroger Troy pk in Huber Heights Ohio just called the police on me for taking plastic bags at self checkout!! 129 in food and 70 at the pharmacy paid. I had my thermo bags and loaded the 2 I had and grabbed some plastic bags for trash liners, the checker and so called Manger called the police. They came out and couldn't believe why they were called, I have a complaint into corporate now we wait, I do have pictures

Sooooo much better than the Brandt pk. location. Cleaner, friendly staff, self checkout open til close, more items in stock. The only thing is having to deal w the traffic to get to this store, and trying to park in the tiny spaces.

I used to shop here for everything, but the place has gone downhill since. Cashiers giving me trouble for using EBT, and for what I'm buying. Pharmacy is an absolute nightmare to deal with. Crackheads and religious nutcases in the parking lot all the time asking for money or other favors. Can't make a normal trip here without dealing with at least one of the things mentioned.
