Classic Kroger experience. It is amazing the amount of food they have stocked in the aisles consistently here. They have great deals on the app and with tons of their coupons. The store did not seem like a small Kroger, it had plenty of aisles and selection to choose from. No complaints for me and this is a solid option for your grocery needs.
Good location. Ample parking. Great service. Nice selection of products. Clean. Friendly
I want to give a shout out to the amazing pharmacy at this Kroger. My 89-year old father tested positive for Covid. His doctor called in an anti-viral but the pharmacy was about to close and I live 30 minutes away. The pharmacist graciously offered to bring the medicine to my quarantined father so he would have it that night. We so appreciate the great customer service at such a crucial time!
I have been shopping here for about 2.5 years now. Over the past year I have bought one too many expired products. They absolutely do not care about food safety. I would say in the past 6 months they have sold me over ten expired products. As a consumer, I do not want to check every expiration date before buying my items. Their plastic wrapped meats are often swollen which is a sign of improper storage. I also received food poisoning after consuming one of their ready to eat soups. For your health, do not shop at this location.
Good location in the River Oaks Shopping Center. The store is clean with a nice variety of products and good merchandise presentation. The store is well staffed with friendly and helpful associates. I see some negative reviews, but some people are not funny with anything.
Excellent selection of products! Friendly and helpful staff! Great value for the money. Ample parking.
I had a curbside pick up tonight 9/15. I was serviced by David who was beyond personable and helpful as my card wouldn't read. He explained the situation and didn't seem to be in a rush even though I was the last order of the night. I appreciate the care and service he provided.
This one sucks! If you employ elderly people, make sure they at least can hear. Today at a Deli department the woman behind the counter did see me standing and waiting for her, but she didn’t care to ask what I need. I had to yell out loud what I wanted her to slice and after she did, she threw the unzipped ziplock on the counter and started walking away. I needed more things , she obviously didn’t care. After the 4th time I yelled out the type of the chicken I wanted, she understood and it was thrown on the counter same way as the first package. Only at home, did I find out that instead of Corn beef she gave me Roast beef. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Store in general had a lot of basic things missing on the shelves.
Lower quality product & service than HEB. No fault of the particular location, just a symptom of years of corporate-level focus on cost reduction. I only shop kroger when they send coupons.
Just purchased a few things I needed. Scanned something incorrectly and I asked for the lady at the self check out to help since I know it asks for their approval if removing an item. This lady comes over and tells me I could have done it. Are you serious? So if I ask for someone to do something that is part of her job it is a bad thing?
