I've been shopping at this location for 6 years. In the past month or so, there is almost always something in my shopping list that is mis-priced and rings up higher at the register than it is labeled on the shelf. While the previous few instances have been rectified by the staff member assisting me, today I was argued with by the older gentleman that was monitoring the self checkout area who told me "well that tag must just be out of date." When I asked to be helped by the manager on duty I was sent on a wild goose chase around the store. Not happy.
I stopped shopping here because of being followed and harassed by a homeless man while walking out of the exit. Kroger lets homeless ppl sit outside their door, so I shop at Publix exclusive now since they have security for their property.
Beautiful inside store to shop, workers on floor are super friendly. The pharmacy techs/ administers of the covid vaccines are a total mess. I waited in line for 45 minuets, with an appointment, alone with 15+ other people also waiting for their dose. They have anyone they see stop and fill paperwork but in the meantime absolutely no once gets vaccinated! I’m sure they’re overwhelmed, but doesn’t give an excuse to be aggressive with customers who are just doing as their told. They really need to try to think about customer service even in times of stress. Tredante? Was her name with another male coworker EDIT: have now been waiting 1 hour and no line movement
One register opened and the self checkout had a long line near the pharmacy and I’m in Midtown Atlanta, can’t believe it. The prices are high also. 1-3-23
I moved to GA from CT and needed to find somewhere new to shop for groceries. I tried Publix but it was pricey and I didn’t like the vibe, Whole Foods is nice but doesn’t have all the brands I like, and Trader Joe’s doesn’t have a good variety. Krogers ticks all these boxes!
Worst Kroger around. Old , run down, out of stock on basics item. Frequently items are expired, never enough registers open and or out of order. STAY AWAY.
I had a wonderful shopping experience this morning. My cashier Breshae was a delight for it being so early!
Absolutely the worst pick up experience ever! Not only were the items wrong the customer service was horrible!!! I may not ever pick up from this location again after this experience! From the start to finish everything was unorganized and inefficient. My order was very incorrect. After waiting over 15+ minutes for someone to come out with my groceries I was told by the attended “Joshua” that brought them to my car that he was unable to refund or take back any incorrect items because I already paid for it. I went in for help and someone name “Keri” attempted to try an help me however was inadequate. She unprofessionally expressed her frustration with not receiving help and not being able to multitask. She also said she always have trouble contacting “Victoria” the Store Manager and that she was paged multiple times on the intercom and was no where to be found. Timothy the Manager on duty came didn’t help instead looked for Victoria. At this point for a “PICK UP ORDER” I’ve been at this Kroger longer then 30 minutes. Unacceptable and horrible level of service I should have shopped for MYSELF!!
I have never been treated so rudely at a grocery store before. It’s a shame because the store is really nice and clean, but the workers I experienced were super off putting and rude.
