Kroger

Bought Stonyfield Organic Kids Yogurt at this location. Date of purchase is October 9. Date of expiration on product was September 27. Noticed after my kids already drank some of the 6 pack. They also became very sick, I'm not sure if consuming the expired yogurt was the cause or from the weather change. Took the remaining yogurt back to the same Kroger and the customer service agent at first did not want to do anything for me since I bought in few individuals until I told her it was illegal to sell expired products. She then asked me to go bring the product in the store for her to scan. After coming back with it, she confirms with her manager who after seeing the expiration date from last month right away suggests to go ahead and give a refund. I then tell the manager isn't it illegal to sell expired products and they have a I can't believe he said that kind of reaction and says no because it was a mistake and said anyway we're sorry. If I didn't bring it up, I wouldn't even probably get a sorry and if I haven't argued that it's illegal they probably wouldn't refund my money either. They did not do anything to make it right with me the customer except refund my money and that still did nothing for me because the amount was not worth my time and gas driving back there. Would definitely avoid shopping here.

I have to admit that I love the late hours Kroger's keep! I went to another grocery store and they had closed 5 minutes before I arrived. Went to Kroger instead, which stays open to 1:00am and was able to get everything I was looking for, simply because they were open. Friendly staff and readily gave me locations of items I was looking for. I've been a loyal customer for over 30 years and will continue to do so!

I love this kroger I've come here for years and they have always been great.

This is my go to Kroger, as it is large enough to have a good selection but isn't a superstore that takes forever to traverse. My only complaint is the latest refacing of shelves has fragmented placement of items that were formerly grouped together. I know this is intended to produce more impulse buys but rather it adds time and frustration to my routine shopping trips. Really like the competitive pricing on organic and natural foods.

I have been shopping at this Kroger for as long as it has been here with my mom. Now being a mother myself it is my go to grocery store even living ten miles away and having a Kroger closer. Drew is by far one of the kindest employees I have ever encountered. He is one of the main reasons my family and I still shop here. Thanks Drew!! And thank you to the whole Kroger team who always goes above and beyond to make sure our experience is a pleasant one

Typical community Kroger market. This location has a smaller footprint that your typical Kroger so you won't find as much variety on the shelves. The produce section is nice and overall the store is clean and modern inside. You won't find yourself waiting in line at checkout. That's a plus.

Great Kroger location. It has a nice and large parking lot, very friendly staff, wide enough aisles not to feel cramped even for ITP location, a large selection of items, and very clean. I can usually get in and out for a quick lunch break shopping in less than 15 minutes if I'm focused. Would recommend this location anytime.

Sad to hear this store is closing. It's been my go to grocery store since I moved here 4 years ago. Give Mike at self check out a manager position if he isn't one already. The guy is an all star. So is dredlock meat guy and friendly glasses produce guy sorry never caught their names but they are always friendly. The guys here have always been great.

Last night after getting off from a tough day at work, and surviving the holidays, I went to Kroger to buy groceries. While I was checking out I hear in a booming voice from the end of the register 'Welcome to Family Feud, Kroger Edition! I am your host, The Man in Charge of Bagging your Groceries!'. My jaw dropped. Unbeknownst to the other people in line and the employees around him, Family Feud is one of my favorite shows. He Continued, "We asked 100 Kroger customers as to the total of your receipt." I played along and gave out a number. 'Survey says....' and pointed to the viewing screen, and my total came up. It wasn't the total that I had given out, and with the grace of a game show host he concluded the improvised game. "Thank you for playing Family Feud, Kroger Edition, stay warm and have a Happy New Year". He handed me my cart, lifted my spirits and for a second I forgot that I was in line fulfilling the ever mundane task of buying groceries. This place is awesome. I wished more associates were like this guy,

Words cannot express how grateful I am to Tia in the bakery she went above and beyond to assist me for that reason I am giving her 5 stars. She took the initiative to help me even though she was on her break. I am so grateful to her. She has such a kind spirit. Lastly her decorating work is exceptional.
