Service was decent, could of been better but you can only do so much with a small staff. Quality of food doesn't taste the same like it use to. Definitely more chopped onions on each Krystal than I am use to. Not sure if I would go back unless I am desperately hungry for mini burgers.
Older african decent lady was very rude. Not friendly at all like she was mad we were even ordering food_ no customer there but us & the fries were warm
I would give 0 stars if I could!! The customer service is terrible. No one properly greeted me, or told me to have a nice day when leaving. As far as the food: The fries were hard; the burgers did not taste fresh; & most importantly, my Sprite was flat. That was my first and last time eating there!
Food was hot and fresh even tho it was 12 midnight when we ordered.
The food is delicious but we was in the drive thru for 30 minutes waiting.
The Irondale location is HORRIBLE Wouldn't have given 1 star couldn't comment without one. I should have know better
