This is supposed to be a 24 hour establishment however when I go between 4am-6am no one will ever answer. The workers are there and will not acknowledge you to say anything. They may be sitting outside having a cigarette or whatever. They're not friendly when they're open either. I feel that the General Manager needs to be present to get some life back into that place.

I went to the kystals on candler rd 12/7/22 at 7:22am.and i ordered 2 sausage egg and cheese on toast.and the lady on the speaker said we dont have any toast. How you dont have toast and you know ppl are going to want toast in the morning.every body dont eat biscuits.i fault the mananger.for not making sure everything is in stock

This is my third and last time going to this location.. Everytime it's always something.. I ordered the two chik combo.. My fries was okay but both of my sandwiches was hard old and cold.. I paid $9 and some change for two sandwiches and fries.. Yes it was 11 something at night but if you going to be an all not restaurant, we want our food hot specially for the amount we paying.. I could have gotten something else for that price.. Wings or something.. Come on now.. yall need to do better.. I wish I could take a picture and post it.. This is ridiculous

I was here for a DoorDash. That was a bit of a gap and service around 5 AM. But the wonderful lady immediately rectified it in a short period of time 24 crystals plus.Recommended dishesKrystals

To be honest I've been living in that area for years ever since I was a teenager I'm 52 years old now and I think they should do some remodeling they have change in some ways which is a plus but overall I would give them about three stars still need some more improvingFood: 4/5

Absolutely appalled at the quality of food they continue to serve. I ordered via DoorDash from this location and received these clearly overcooked, probably redropped rock hard glaze bombs. When dove right, they are the color and consistency of fresh Krispy Kreme original glazed donuts. These might as well have been sugar coated cardboard. I do not understand how they can serve people food that they know that they would not even eat. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a problem ordering from there. They usually always serve soggy wet buns and will put a lb of mustard on your Krystal’s when you specifically ask for just a tad bit, or none. Idk why I keep setting myself up for disappointment by ordering from here.

The staff could be in better spirits considering the 3rd shift gets to bring their children to work. The staff is a reflection of the leadership, so my expectations are low in regards to rectifying unpleasant experiences. Kid-friendliness: Pun Intended

Great customer service. The food was okay. The burgers need to be upgraded..not sure if that meat is meat or just fillers. The tater tots are bomb!
