Set the appointment for a timeframe, they called in advance prior to arrival, diagnosed the problem with first one door, then the other, repaired both issues, and was on his way to the next job within 45 minutes. This is the way a service professional should conduct his business.

Responded same day to my email inquiry and his crew showed up on time and fixed our garage door at a reasonable price. Wish I had found KSE before I had the door installed by garagedoorss.com, who would not return my calls for warranty service.
