I have been a valued client of KT Electronics for over 13 years! Has saved me many times. From crashed hard drives to updating computer’s memory to fixing my cellular phones! KT Electronics is the only place I’ll take my electronics devices! O and I fail to mention the timely service they provide! Never had to wait long for any of my devices to be taken care of! Grateful for their service!

Most amazing, courteous, honest, repair shop I’ve ever visited. Fantastic customer service, quick turnaround time, reasonable prices and they back their work. I would definitely do business with them again. I’m so impressed. Highly recommended.

Went to get my broken phone screen fixed. Good job and fast 30 min. They also fix game consoles, and can clean and replace the thermal paste for cool gaming. Highly recommended.

Thanks for having such a place like yours here locally in San Jose. But that alone y'all have been a 5-Star business, I really think y'all should sell the old Mexico Theater, yeah. Just put a FOR SALE sign up. Y'all have plenty of time to sell it. We're they going to tear it down?? That's why y'all bought it? Aww, that is so outstanding of y'all, as a local business just down the street from the theater.

Excellent service, and quick turn around. If you have the parts you need, they can have a laptop back to you in 24 hours. And unlike other repair services I’ve tried, they didn’t create any new issues. They also do micro soldering and repair of mother boards.

DON'T TRUST YOUR ELECTRONICS HERE .... : Here's why: -I brought my -iPad Pro 12.9in. 5th Gen-in to get a diagnosis and was not asked for ANY form of ID nor was I given any agreement/paperwork/permissions to sign. I thought it was weird but figured they knew what they were doing... I should've trusted my instincts smh! -I received a text a few days later saying my iPad was unrepairable. I went to pick it up a today and when I got to their location it was completely gone and demolished with a sign saying they had moved locations. No one called me to let me know they had moved which I would've really appreciated knowing ahead of time, because I work full time and took my 30 minute lunch break in order to go pick it up. -I drove to the new location and was told my iPad was "in his van" so I physically watched him walk to his van to go get it. -When he gave it back to me I noticed a chunk of the screen was missing out of the corner of my iPad and plastic tape was covering it. When I asked what happened, he said that happened during the diagnosis because there was a small crack in that area. I was aware of the crack but had brought it to other repair shops without issues. -I tried to explain how disappointed I was to receive my iPad back in WORSE condition than I had received it, and how come they didn't have me sign a waiver or form stating that damage might occur. -He had no honest response and was very snappy with me, just kept repeating "that's just what happened" and I could tell her was getting annoyed with me questioning him about it. In conclusion: I do not feel my iPad was properly cared for nor stored in a safe location. Even if they are transferring facilities there is absolutely no reason why my device should be stored in a van parked in the street. What if my device had been stolen? I was extremely disappointed to receive my device back with more damage than I had left it with. My feelings were not respected nor cared about. I wouldn't not recommend this business and would advise you to select another repair shop that follows better guidelines to ensure the safety + care for your device.

They charged me $30 for a total misdiagnosis, they said my speaker's battery and charger was bad, but it wasn't. I had bought a new battery and put it in the day before and it worked fine, it was the charger that was damaged and they wanted to charge me $120 for another battery and charger. A battery is approx 40dollars and the charger approx 20. they are freeloaders who wanted to take advantage of the situation and charge me double for something that was a lie, the battery is new and they said it was wrong. I don’t recommend them at all. They’re gonna charge you more than they should.

KT and team are rock stars! from playstations to I-phones they do it all; quickly, efficiently and at a reasonable price. only place my family takes our personal electronics too.

I have been usurped services of KT Electronics for over 8 years. I have used them for laptop, desktop, PS3 and PS4. Kwoung Truong, the owner has made sure that everyone repair was done right at competitive prices. Recently, My MacBook Pro’s battery was changed at a very competitive price and the MacBook is working efficiently. Thanks, Kwoung!

I been searching for a shop around San jose area to fix my ps5 and all the shops I ran across said $380 and up depending on what's going on, I said just the HDMI ,but I called KT Electronics he said come do took my ps5 with no problem and call me early the next day for pick up I was happy and that's not it these guys only charged me $140. If I ever have a problem I'm for sure going back to KT Electronics, thanks for helping me.
